Does the company have a maximum limit on the amounts the customer submits for exchange?
There is no maximum limit for the exchanged amounts neither Egyptian nor foreign currencies; conditioned with the available amounts in each branch at time of exchange to complete the process.
Does the company deal in all currencies?
The company deals in official currencies that have a price set by The Central Bank of Egypt and permitted for banks and exchange companies to buy and sell.
Does the company have branches in all governorates?
The company has Eleven branches in Cairo (Heliopolis), New Cairo (Al-Rehab), Damanhour, Desouk, Sohag, Hurghada, Assiut, Mahala, Faisal, Shebeen El kom and Alexandria. It intends to reach 50 branches within 3 years.
Does the company receive remittances or transfers abroad?
The company’s activity is to exchange currency in accordance with law.
